- Administer, upgrade, and troubleshoot the Atlassian products and plugins.
- Configure and manage users, groups, permissions, workflows, schemes, fields, screens, and notifications in Jira and Confluence.
- Proficient in administration tools such as JIRA Core, Jira Service Desk, Jira Agile, Confluence, Crowd, BitBucket, Bamboo, Jenkins, ANT, and Maven.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Atlassian SaaS.
- Experience with databases such as MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, Postgres
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Groovy, Python, Shell, etc.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Certification in Atlassian products is a plus. **
